Condo under attack.

Two outsiders who wanted to come into our condo created havoc at the guard house last night. I was not sure what their purpose of visit was. According to the guards they wanted to come into our condo to look for somebody. When they reached the guard house, they refused to register as told by the guards. They were trailing a car and were trying to follow the car into the compound when the barrier was up. Obviously, they were not fast enough and were hit by the barrier. This prompted them to create a scene. They shouted at the guards and challenge them to report to the police. They started smashing the windows. The window frame was even bent. Pieces of glasses went flying. They attacked the lonely guard in the guard house. Luckily, the guard was not injured, just a few bruises on his hands.

Somebody made a report to the police. The respond time from the policemen were commendable. They were at the scene in about ten minutes time , thanks to the Rakan Cop's number pasted at the guard house. The hooligans were handcuffed and taken to the police station. These hooligans should be taught a lesson. They should treat our condo with respect. Apparently, the hooligans' spokesman tried to settle the matter by paying off the guards. Luckily, the guards did not accept it. Should they have done so, I shall push for them to be sacked. Anyway, they guards are doing a good job. At least, they do not run away when there is trouble. Credit should be given to the tall , fair and good looking guard for staying in the guard house when he was under attack.

Goodnight and have a nice day.

The JMC has come to their senses

On the JMB board meeting held 2 weeks ago was actually a meeting open to the owners. I was misinformed by Mr Gary that it was a committee meeting. I would have attended the meeting should I had known otherwise. I don't understand why they could not come out with a simple notice to inform the owners if they are sincere and bold enough to meet the owners whom I think may have many questions which they would like to ask. They called it a board meeting. How many of us know what a board meeting is.

The JMC had made a decision to close back the glass doors at level 3. I was told by the security it would be done on 30th September. I checked with Gary yesterday and he confirmed it. I only felt a sign of relief when I checked on the doors and found that they were all locked up. These doors had been bothering me ever since they remain unlocked. I guess I had played a role by highlighting the issue in the past. Security is the owners' main concerns for any condos that they live in. Now, I feel so much better when I sleep in the night knowing that the loophole in our security system hand been eliminated.

Selamat Hari Raya to all the Musim owners . Respect our neighbours. Lets all live in peace and harmony. Spare a thought to all those migrant workers who are sill working to keep our condo clean

Goodnight and enjoy your festive holidays.
