THE TRANSFORMER
What is the latest on the transformer?. It looks like the only issue that concerns Prima is the transformer. What about other issues like the account? No one knows whether the sinking fund has been transferred to the JMB account. There is no account on the receipts and payments put up on the notice board. We need to know what we are paying for. The only notices that you see concern only the transformer as if there are no other issues for Prima. The JMC should practise they preached during the AGM that is transparency and accountability

the previous chairman was brilliant for proposing to install the card access system but he outsted for doing that.
it doesn't matter to me is outsted or what, the fact is the result as long as it brings effect and that is for certain now.

The current JMB/JMC is not good. They are not creating important "system" to the solutions but instead, just focus on tiny little issues and solve it 1 by 1 when it occur.
