Decision on the nah tok

Does anybody know the decision on the nah tok whether to go ahead or to abolish it. I haven't seen any activities around Prima. I guess the JMB must have abandoned the idea of building the nah tok. It is a wise decision to do so.

It's time they pay some attention to the places that requires their attention. The gym is in a bad condition. The lift lobbies need a new coat of paint. The plants on the 3rd floor are not very healthy. It is in need of better landscaping. Area at the guardhouse and the area around gr floor lift lobbies at Block B and C need to be brightened up. The car park also needs to be brightened up.

Goodnight and have a nice day

Whenever the visitors car park is full , the little notice they put up is illegible , esp at night.
This has caused unnecessary congestion at the entrance.
Why don't they make a proper and prominent one so that visitor get to see it from far and no need to enter unnecessarily ?!
It won't caused much to do so.
Guards used to spend long to interrogate visitors , can they let them in and park at the side first ? Again this has caused heavy congestion !

I saw the guard guarding the pool taking a short nap today .He didn't even realise residents registering on the books !
I also saw the guard smoking in the guardhouse!

nobody is paying to attention for small things like that which have a big impact on the condo. during my time, I had always told the guards to allow the cars to go in first. Then, get the visitors to come out of the car to register to avoid a congestion at the guardhouse. At least you who are in the car.
The area around the guardhouse should be brightened up. it's too dark.

about the transformer, if it was installed only in 2008, than what the JMB and JMC doing than...when the thing is installed than only make noise..typical malaysian style la...i'm sure someone would have given the go ahead to TNB to install the transformer... allocating space for the transformer to be installed must have been done long time ago..who than if not the DEVELOPER...must be the developer...because there is no only prima setapak, but also plaza prima setapak, prima setapak low cost house, market and etc.etc.etc...the space for this sub-station must have been done at the planning stage of prima setapak..now if the insurance company was to increase the fire insurance premium...the extra must be borne by the developer...this is the way to fight..not by claiming the noise pollution, radiation and etc...those in TNB are not stupid to defend such matter(pollution,noise)...i feel those in the ad hoc committee to are not well versed technically...the wee chee keong fellow also cant do nothing...if sending a letter to datuk bandar and tnb ceo...any tom dick harry can do...i just dont know why the ad hoc committee are proud of in bringing in the china man who dont have a good record of serving the people...if you are talking about pollution, i want you to see the china man having a stall just beside the fruit shop in front of the pig market. where is he draining his waste water...direct to the drain...why nobody is making noise about he creating the pollution..clogging the drain...and when the water cant flow well, why blame the dbkl..tell this to wee chee keong..see what he will do...dont juz close your eye to this china man if he just want to win votes..dont know whether he is a registered voter...this is not a race matter, but a matter regarding law and just thinking for ownself and own race...dbkl have not done a rush for a long time...i'll bring this matters to them...will see then how thing goes...see whether wee chee keong will be there to defend...just dream..hahaha...to the adhoc committee...get your facts right 1 st and dont jump the gun...or you will be behind the bars for giving false information....

so many complaints haa! the jmc will be getting a big headache. gym down, transformer up, noise pollution, radiation, residents getting cancer, the old man was sick from the first day he moved into prima ( he was highly praised for speaking up at the dialogue session with the chinaman mp ), dark car park, access card security, dirty lift lobbies and the list goes on.

funny, nobody concerned how much we are getting back from UOA. money not important lah, transformer more important. really doomsday for prima.
