Dialogue with our MP YB Wee Choo Keong
The ad hoc committee invited YB to attend the talk on the installation of the transformer when they failed to invite the manager from the developer and the manager from TNB to explain why the transformer was installed on our property.
I attended the talk. When I reached the hall, the retired old man who took me down was so happy to see me. He extended his warm wellcome to me and aprreciated my support for them. I guess it's time to bury the hatchet. I posed a couple of questions to our MP. I asked him what gave the TNB the right to install the transformer at our place which is used to supply electricity to other places. The MP replied that this is an agreement between the developer and TNB . According to the MP this was a requirement imposed on the developer. It's like the developer was held to ransom. You allow us to build it or else there will be no electricity supply. Our actual concerns for the issuue is is our safety. Does the transformer pose a danger to our health? Will it explode? Are we being exposed to any form of radiation or microwave? The MP promised to get the answers for us and he further assured us that he will raise the matter in the parliment. He will also try to get an undertaking letter from TNB to assure us that the thing is safe. He encouraged the ad hoc committee to try get as many signatures as possible .
I wish to relate an interesting story told by an old malay man from Block B. He said that from day when he moved into Prima, he faced many problems. He had been sick every day. Before he moved in, he was a very successful businessman. He blamed his condition on the transformer. I felt like telling him that the transformer was only installed in 2008. What piss me off when he swayed into another topic. He asked what place is this? Wherever he goes, he has to use the card. The students do not have to use the cards but the owners have to use the cards. He further mentioned that we had wasted RM 300 000 to build the card access system. I felt like telling him off but changed my mind knowing that this is not the right forum to so. I guess at Prima ,the issue on the card will never die off. Someone from somewhere will keep harping on the issue to keep me at bay.

Nobody seem to care about the fitness centre with everything in a sorry state now with the "new" treadmill stop working and others paralysing !
Is Mr See you still patronising the place and has the same opinion ?
The gym is in a deplorable condition. I am still using the gym. I've highlighted the matter to the management but unfortunately untill now no action was taken. They've started carrying repair on the treadmill that had broken down.
The gym is really badly maintained. It is full of dust. No vacuum was done. It seems that none of the committee members in the JMC are using the gym. This is the reason why they are not paying any attention to the gym . They have no time to exercise anyway. I really don't know whether they've the time to look after our condo. I guess, they are adopting a handsfree approach to manage our condo, meaning they leave everything to Reliance Touch Sdn Bhd.
If I talk too much, I may give others a wrong perception. The people in the JMC should know better. The JMC is dealing with a big issue now that is the transformer. I guess issue like the gym is too trivial to attract their attention. Goodluck to Prima.
The transformer is located beside the visitos' car park opposite Wan Yit restaurant.
Is the area beside the basketball court reserved for the transformer ?
How big is the transformer and is it hazardous to health ?
Does it mean those facing it is more vulnerable ?
you are right. it is not proven yet whether it is hazardous or not. It's better to take precaution before it's too late. the symtoms may show up in ten to twenty years time. only god will know.
if at all the hazardous matter is being very much in concern.. its not proven but the amount of noise is like something is very wrong...those in TNB are not stupid...those in these field will know better...PSC's "smartguy" who is bringing up these matter is really a damm asshole...for your infor...the hazardous matter is the rf radiation...do you all know the kind of radiation all of us are being exposed...rf from mobile transmission,wifi,wimax,trunk radio,etc,etc,and etc. do you know, when you carry your hand phone with you,put it in your pocket, you dick and balls is already exposed to the rf...you screw your wife and she get's pregnant..and your kids is out with the defects you mentioned will happen 10 to 20 yrs time...so do you want to throw your hp away...can you live without the rf radiation??? the worse thing is to bring in the joker from pkr to have a talk..what the joker know about this porblem...i told my friend..he will send a letter to TNB and then just make dunno...well fine enough..that what u can see on the notice board...that fucker cant do any thing..juz make noise..after all he is a chinese...the letter would be in the dustbin at tnb...real joker in the JMB or JMC
you are right. why called this idiot from pkr to help them. what can he . the thing was already installed. you thing wee chookeong can stop it. dream man. he can only write letter and shouted in the parliment. the jmc went to the wrong person. the jmc must get their priority right.

Those who are bring up this matter they now much better than GOD, I suppose...because they "THINK" they know what's going to happen...Do they know about the radiation..explosion..abd etc... they seem to be much clever than the well known ABB,TAMCO, and etc...real jokers....
