Meeting with the owners
In our committee held on 16th April, we had decided to hold a dialogue session with the owners. The committee felt that we need to explain to the owners the details of the new security system . We need to address the owners' main concerns over the cost and its effectiveness. We wish to clear whatever doubts that some of us still have in order for the system to implemented smoothly.
I think the pressure is now on me. I need to convince those who oppose for the sake of opposing. I shall try my best. My conscience is clear. I have no hidden agendas. I have no personal interest. I am not a ten percent man. I was elected by the members. If I have failed in my duty as the chairman, they can always vote me down. I shall leave it to the owners to judge me. I can tell you deep in my heart, I want the best for our condo.
The dialogue session will be held on 26th April at 8.30 p.m.

I was at the "meeting with owners" dialogue session last night and i noticed so many "opposition party members" which came so "well prepared" to stop the the installation of the CCTV and card access system.
The session later turned into a Hong Kong "box office TV series"liked,with few main actors and actresses taking turn among themselves showing off their potential and talent in the "show business"
The "Oscar" winner for the night on male category will be the "mini market owner" and the winner for female catergory will the be the woman with brown hair and a big mole on her face.Both of them which cited atleast 3 humanely unthoughtable reasons to stop the project and they also winning points in "face expression ","voice tone" and "body language" .
I agreed. I think I prefer the lady with the teaching background. She didnt touch anyone feelings and she is humorous and top of all very rationale. She should be in the comm.

Kalau kamu pandai, mengapa tak buat apa-apa selama dua tahun kamu ambil pangkat sebagai pengerusi dua tahun yang lalu.Ingat kamu paling pandai ialah buat BLOG ini untuk kempen sahaja.
