Meeting with Dats Management.
The meeting with Dats Management was carried out in a friendly atmosphere. Mr David Khor , a UOA's manager gave a lengthy explanation with regards to cost and effectiveness of the card system. The whole committee who attended the meeting were convinced. Many questions were asked. There were no conflicting views. There were no disputes There were no Team A and Team B. There were no arguments. There were many handshakes around. Everyone left the meeting happily
It's all system go now. We shall be looking forward to the full implementation of the system.

What a great news to all the supporters of card system . We shall thanks everyone who has contributed in one way or another to the success of this project .
Happy ending. Congratulation. This is what I would like to see...no Team A, Team B.... no conflict......Let's work hand in hand to improve our condo quality. Well done Mr.See, well done committee members. Thanks for all your effort ….

It's great to hear that the card system project is back on track. We would like to thank the committee members and Mr See (especially) for all the effort taken to start the ball rolling again. Also a big thank you to all the Prima Setapak residents for the support given for the card system project. Let's make Prima Setapak a safe place to stay!
Pls seriously consider about my earlier proposal on having another exit/entrance point at back gate, after the card access systen and CCTV is fully implementated, for the convenient sake of block C residents..........
As regard to the rampant break-in cases nowadays, this project is definately going to further tighten the security system of prima setapak condominium. We as students welcome the move as lifes and belongings will be secured. Everyone will have a safer environment to enjoy. Well Done~
With the additional security feature ,as in this case, card access system and CCTV for PRIMA,the management and RA should ensure that the current standard of security by the security guards would not drop.
Or else, we will be in the situation of ""gaining nothing "" from the money we spent.

I totally agree with the suggestion of opening up the additional entrance / exit of blk C for convenience.
We all agreed with the cctv but Mr See we just don't like the prosedure.Just be a bit gentleman and accept people's view.I think all the others are like you too. "Taking a great concern over the homes"Like myself I have taken. all my saving to buy this penthouse so is my life and my future.You have three houses and a girl BUT I HAVE A HOUSE BUT FOUR CHILREN. SO Mr See please thing all of us. GOD BLESS YOU AND THE REST>
