to be put up on both sides.
The CCTV , the card access and the traffic system.
I am glad that the management had made an official announcement pertaining to the above matter. The work has started. I was told that the whole project will take about two months to be completed. In the meantime, I held a meeting with my committee members to agree on a few rules and regulations which we will like the management to adopt. I had also presented them to the management. The management shall put them up on the notice board in the near future.

I should describe the traffic system at Prima as chaotic. It is posing a danger to the pedestrians who wish to exit from prima. The architect who designed the traffic system should be blamed for this. I had often pointed out the matter to the management. Nothing was done until Mr Alex, our building supervisor came into the picture. He had proposed to his boss to convert the access road to the top floor car park and exit road from the top floor car park at Block A into one way. In order for the one way syatem to work, he must relocate the car parks as shown in picture C. This, he had managed to do. I must compliment him on this so do all the residents of Prima. This is not an easy task as the carparks as shown in picture C had been sold by the developer. The R.A had written a letter to Dats Management to support his proposal. Hopefully. the one way system will take effect soon.
I posted the above blog on the one way system yesterday. My wish came true today. Mr Alex gave me a call while I was having a nap . He asked me to go to the ground floor car park and there the handyman was painting the new one way signs. I was so happy and quickly complimented and thanked him for his effort. This one way system is the ideal traffic system for Prima. The pedestrians are safe to cross the road now. Every one is happy over the new traffic system.
Good night and have a nice day!

The one way system is good as traffic flow is more organise and pedestrian can cross the road safely .
I just wonder is the card access system progress as planned as I don't see much development on it ?!
I'm having enough of strangers coming in and out of our building ,
make prima no different to low cost flat !
the new traffic system will however create a slight problem in ensuring the visitors park their car at the designated visitors parking ...
some jokers might go in and never drive over to the visitor parking lot, instead he/she will park indiscriminately ...
i still noticed the guards still refuse to get out from the comfortable guard-house as if the sunshine will damage their beautiful skin ...
The guards have been instructed to clamp the visitors' cars ahould they park indiscriminately. The one way system is the best thing that can happen to Prima. I have not received any complaints from the resident. The pedestrians are safe and there is no more congestion.
The entrance at part (C) as shown in the picture in not wide enough.
C) Access to the top floor car park.
I almost hit the wall everyday. Saw alot of car actually go through the parking lot if there's no car parked there (the WAJA - WKM 9353 as shown in the picture)
I will do that same too because the entrance is too narrow. Very dangerous to twist and turn.
Is it possible to relocate the 2 car park ( the one WAJA parking there) and let us have a direct entry ?
May be can allocate them to the car park next to them, where the RED WIRA position is in the picture.
Thank you very much for your concern. It's even more dangerous for bigger size car.
I am very happy with the new traffic system. It is one of the great contribution of Prima Setapak Management!
Thanks a lot!
Of late, there were some "confused notices" from the mgment and RA on the dispute of the installation of CCtv and card access system.Thiswent further as some unsatisfied residents going round gathering signature to stop the installation work of card access system.
They claimed that the cost was "blown up" by 100+k from the annouced 200+k earlier.Furthermore, the" hidden cost" of 20k annual maintanance fee for cctv and card access system was finally made known during the system is in installation period.
The claims made by some of the committe members who had a role in instigating the residents were unfounded. I don't know what their concerns were. I don't even know the final cost yet. UOA is not a fly by night company. The final cost and the scope of work would be made known to the residents. The signature campaign is not sanctioned by the R.A. The project is already 3/4 completed. If it is scarapped, the losers will be the residents because the sinking fund is utilized to finance the whole project. Payments would have to be made for all the equipments that have been purchased. some disgruntled committee members are twisting the details.
