Application for the access cards
When the management office opens tomorrow, I shall be the first resident to stand in line to apply for the cards . I have to apply for the cards for my tenants and for my family too. The tenants will be given eight cards of which four will be given free of charge. The same applies to the owners. You would have to submit your photostat I.C.s if you do not possess ay resident cards. According to the staff at the management, there shall be no age limit to apply for the cards. For those who do not have I.C. , they are allowed to use their photostated birth certs.
Whether for good or bad, we have to live with the access cards. We have to carry them at all times when we move around Prima. Since I started the whole thing, some residents may curse me for that especially the tenants. My task is already completed. Someone may have to continue from where I stop. I shall contribute from the background from now on. I can't the initiative to propose anything anymore. I can't override my superior. I just hope that the implementation will be a smooth one. Initially, I shall foresee some hiccups to occur. Some cards may not work. Some residents may use this as an excuse to critizise me. I shall try to put the past behind me. No more arguments, no more allegations, no more finger pointing and no more sleepless nights. What a relief for me.

I'm a tenant, and I did not curse you, just for your information, haha =) I'm ok with living under rules, it's just implementation. Slide the card and that's all.
One thing which I've noticed lately, just to ask. On each block's glass door, the emergency exit is outside the glass doors. I guess people could just pass through the parking area, enter the emergency door, and climb to whatever floor they want, am I right?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is what I observed so far.
You've did a great job doing your best for Prima. It's brave and humble to even be willing to still stay in the committee board. That shows you have enough guts to stay and contribute more to Prima. God bless.
The emergency door which you indicated will lead to the third floor. At the third floor, there is a grill door which leads to the third floor and above. You need a card to open the grill door. We had covered up all the loopholes. There is no way you can gain access to your unit without using the card except by following somebody into the lift lobbies. This is the only weak point of the card access system. You have every right to stop somebody from following you into the lift if he/she does not have a card.
I have got my access cards but I have to say paying RM30 for a non-FOC card is way too expensive. If you happened to get quotation of any card access system, you will find it only cost you RM8 for a blank card (without any printing on the card).
Last Saturday (30/6), my housemate have had make a cards, and we apply for 8 card, and management charge us RM120 (4 for FREE & 4 RM30 each = RM120). This is fair for paying to take extra card but why management collect back my current car accessing card without returning a deposit?
At beginning moving into Prima here, we have paid the deposit of Card Park Access Card, but now management collect back a card, by rules, management should return us the deposit, but not.
I have asked other friends who stay at other unit, and they told me that management not collect back their car park card (they only apply 4 card now).
Is this a cheat?
