Update on the water crisis
The water situation should be back to normal. All the storage tanks are full. This is the best indication. As for whether there would be a recurrence, I can't really tell. I told the management that the storage tanks must be checked every day. Should there be a drop in the water level, the residents should be informed immediately and water rationing should be carried out with immediate effect. Proper and accurate notice should be issued. I just hope that they have learned something from this episode.
Goodnight and have a nice day!

Really happy to hear that the water tank condition at prima is working as usual. I would like to thank everyone involved in the repair work carried out during the crisis period, both from technical up to the management personel. Without commitment from all of you, the condition would have gone worst (could have prolong more than 4 days). No doubt, I do agree that some claimed it was too late. But to me, late doesn't mean not doing anything. In fact, no one would intend to prolong such incident. Bear in mind that this is the 1st time we ever had such situation at prima since day 1. So, I think that lack of experience on handling such situation will be the main factor causes the delay (Correct me if I'm wrong). Therefore, I hope that the management do learnt a good lesson from this incident. Not only that, they should study the incident and work out some contigency plans for such situation in case it happen again (touch wood) in the future as lack of experience will not be the execused.
Besides that, I understand that majority of the residents here had a bad experience and felt unhappy with the crisis. But to me, generally everything happened in our surrounding, either good or bad, do have the negative and positive impact. Take this crisis for example, obviously it has negative impact to everyone staying at prima. However, if we pull ourself from the negative angle and look at the incident from the positive angle it would be different experience. Take myself for an example, I personnally think that I gained something from this incident. During the 4 days crisis I realized that the word "WATER" do mean a lot to me where in normal days I don't really appreciate it (its too common and can be easily reached). I started to compare the way I consume water between normal days and crisis period, and it really got a big difference. The different is the amount of water used, for eg. usually I will need at least 2 pails of water for my shower. I don't know how I do it but I have done it with 1 pail of water or less during the crisis days. Some of you might say that this comparison is inaccurate as in normal days we have unlimited water supply, and of course we consume water more. But look, unlimited water supply doesn't mean we can waste it. As you aware, a lot of people in other countries do not even supply with clean water, haven't to say unlimited supply. So, I learnt a lesson too from this incident where I really appreciate what I have now and keep reminding myself not to waste the unlimited clean water supply. Use it wisely and hope you could do that too.
Cheers!!
Sir, I think you are doing a marvelous job, representing us resident's of Prima Setapak.A big thank you to you.I am a resident staying in Block A. For the past one week, workers have been drilling and hammering the walls at A-10-11(The owner doing massive renovation works). The noise are really disturbing.Well, i can tolerate if work were done during the week days.Today, 26-8-06 Saturday i had enough of the hammering noise. I went to complain,to Miss Lam at the Management office. She told me that renovation works were allowed excepton Sunday only. I think the commitee should bring this matter up with UOA, i.e baring renovation works on Saturday and Sunday.Atleast give us residents some peace of mind during the weekends.I must thank the two management's technician for going up to A-10-11 and asking the indon workers to stop the hammering works, today.

Goosh, the robbery happened juz outside of Prima.I really fell unsafe.
The robber might one day come in to Prima ,rob someone and runaway.
Some measure of enforcement must be taken to minimise this risk.
The suggestion by the soft ware engineer should be considered, coz a robber got to think twice to enter prima after having his identity revealed.
Hi Eve,
I missed the video. It somehow got deleted from the site. Does anyone has a copy to share?
