Upgrading job

The management is carrying out its first upgrading job for Prima. Actually, we didn't propose to them to repave the road. The management did it on its own iniatiative. I think , this is commendable on the part of the management. It shows that our management is pro-active which is lacking in most of the existing property management companies.

The upgrading job also indicated that our financial position is strong. No developers will come out with their own fund to do anything for the properties that they have sold. It has to be the management fund or the sinking fund which are contributed by us. If the fund is insufficient, services would definitely deteriorate. You would notice the effects. Number of guards will be reduced and repair jobs are not carried out. We are fortunate that we are not in that position. In these regards, on behalf of the R.A. I wish to thank all the owners for fullfilling their obligation to pay the maitenance fees. For your information, the collection of maintenance fees for Prima exceeds 90%. People would pay up if there is proper maintenance.

Hopefully, Prima would remain in its existing state for a long time to come.
