
The CCTV
I wrote an official letter to Dats Management Sdn Bhd to make a request for the installation of CCTV last week. For transparency and accountablity sake, I also listed out a few conditions should the management agrees to our proposal. One of the conditions is that the R.A. must be consulted with regards to cost, the system used and the company appointed. We would also want the procurement to be executed through an open tender.
I think it is justified on our part to impose a few conditions as the fund that is going to be utilized belongs to us. I wonder whether the goverment is aware of the predicament the houseowners are in. We are actually asking them for consent to utilize our money. Anyway, we can only pray that the developer is considerate, sympathetic and responsible enough to accept our proposal.

Im very agree the management can put the CCTV in the lift area. I donno y, that CCTV system only set at the guard house area? If have stranger come into our condo by other side, then what was happening? So i suggest all the lifts in prima setapak must to set up the CCTV system. At least what was happening inside the lifts also can record soon.
We have proposed to the management to install a very comprehensive system for Prima. It will be installed in the lifts, corridors and the lift lobbies. The final decision lies with the management. Each block will have its own monitoring room.
