Something happened at Block B yesterday morning. An owner who was drunk broke the glass door at the ground floor lobby. I spoke to Mr Gary and I was told that this guy was angry bacause his car was clamped for illegal parking. He had been reminded not to do so many times but he still insisted in doing so . It seemed that he is a 'taiko" at Prima. If I was not wrong he was the same guy who broke the window panes at the guardhouse under the Dat's Management. Eventually he had to pay for the damage.
How do you deal with this kind of stubborn owner? Whatever condo that you live in, you can find a few of these owners. We cannot use a strong arm tactic to deal with them. We must take a soft approach. Issue them a letter, then followed by a legal letter asking for compensation. If it doesn't work. take them to court. Hopefully, the management will take action to instruct the stubborn owner to repair the damaged door .
By the way, I was told by the security people that the management is going to lock the glass doors at level 3 at the end of the month. I, actually told one of the committee members that it was wrong to open up the doors when most of the doors at the car park are faulty. I have to say it again. We cannot compromise on security.
Goodnight and have a nice day

I am shocked to learn that 3rd floor glass door has been left opened for some times !
I even took the effort to close it back when I saw it left opened .
Whose idea of the unlocking ?!
Pls close it back . We can not have a lame-duck security system here !
the JMC made the decision to open up the glass doors at 3rd floor without knowing that our security has been compromised. What a committee! 3 cheers to the JMC
The person who broke the glass door at the ground floor lobby is actually an idiot! Do you know that he had hurt himself? Only idiot will do that!!!
I do agree that he is an idiot!!! He is a moron!!!
Hope that broken door has been repaired and the building management keep CCTV recording, if any, of this irresponsible act to break door. The CCTV recording would be evidence
the management knew the identity of the culprit. The question now is what is the next course of action that the management is going to take. Are they going to pardon the culprit just because he is a 'taiko' of Prima? The culprit should be made to pay for what he did. The management should not set a precedent here because owners may take advantage of a weak management by getting away for breaking house rules.
Even the police did not do anything! They should have cuffed him then and there and put him in jail! I didnt know that he was the same moron who broke the window in the guard house. I heard his father told the guards not to take any action. So means he can do it again.
If u simply park, your car will be clamped. Same goes for everyone who is staying here! I think the guards will be afraid to clamp his car in future and he will be free to do anything he wants here !! OMG
I really feel unsafe with these kind of morons living in the same condo !! He should be taught a lesson !!
Hi All.
The person you all mentioned is not the same person. He is an outsider where he came to claim his debts from the resident here. Its a personal matter.
And the person who broke the glass window at the guard house is another person who is a resident here. He got angry over the issue of his car's side window got stolen for 3 times which he thinks that security guard negligence.
I know all these because I'm staying at the same floor with them. The taiko is another person.
