The tenants
The tenants are back in drove. The tranquility at Prima which we really enjoyed for a short period of time is broken. The level of noise has gone up. The dustbins were full until they spilled. The screams, shouts and loud coversation can be heard along the corridor. Sometimes, it can even be heard while you having a good rest in the house. We have to wait longer to use the lifts. Sometimes I wonder why can't they just treat this place like their homes. I guess they are enjoying their liberation to the fullest. We, the owners just have to accomodate them and accustom to their antics.
Lately, I saw a graffiti in the lifts which nobody could comprehend. I was really annoyed. This is an act of someone who has vandalism cells in them. It occured at the time when the tenants are back from their holidays. What a co-incidence! The management tried to remove it but left some dirty mark on the wall of the lifts. I do not really wish to accuse 'them' but it's too much a co-incidence. It's just one very very bad apple who tarnished the image of the whole lot.

ya, i agree with you. When TAR College students are back, the lift start to have their "symbol"..
I believe these are new students. Because it's the start of another new college year.
May be they never saw a lift before and wanna have some record of their presents.
excuse me but I hope that you wouldn't point your fingers only towards TAR College students. For your information, if you are not aware, there are other university students who are staying at prima as well. By the way, if you haven't notice, it is also a period of school holidays for primary and secondary schools. Why none of the owners ever thought of such things when "accusing" only college and university students?
Well, so what if the dustbins are full? Is that the student's problem as well? Why is it not the management's problem? They are the ones who should make sure that rubbish is well managed. If it's full, make sure that the rubbish collector does his/her work.
You have to wait longer to use the elevator? Why don't you ask the 3rd floor minimarket owner to use only the cargo elevator to "ship" their stocks instead of using the normal ones?
Lets look at this objectively. One cannot simply say non-house owners are the ones guilty of graffity.
1) House owners might have children. Teenage children
2) Apart from the diverse backgrounds, the tenants do go to various Higher Education instititions. To single out one is a bit unfair.
3) Just recently, the school holidays have started, therefore the list of suspects have broadened
4) Observe the graffity : something about "O lame saint, P.S find robert Langdon ". That is a phrase from the now famous ( or infamous ) novel ( also movie ) The Da Vinci Code.
5) This is a highly accessable novel, which means anyone could have read it and had this great to write what was read on the elevator wall.
6) Observe also the particular hight of the writing on the wall. The culprit, by logic deduction, is no taller than that.
Conclusion: In my humble opinion, no student of higher learning would waste good marker pens on graffity. Therefore, the culprit would more than not be someone who,knows the story of 'The Da Vinci Code', had too much time on their hands and is no taller than the writing.
I conclude that it is a teenage secondary schooler who watched the movie and had access to a marker pen.
P.S anyone with a marker pen could have walked from outside, not necessarily a tenant
Oh well.... here we go again....
Anyway, I was treated to a PORN show recently, here are the details:
Unit: Block C, 16th Floor, unit 9 (yes, the bigger unit).
Time: Half past midnight till 1:30am.
Location: ON THE BALCONY.
I was minding my own business, watching stuff on the TV, when i heard some noise outside. I went to my balcony to look at the source of the noise, and later noticed this two young couple on the balcony. The unit was rather empty, and it seemed to be like a tenant unit.
I had not noticed them, until i saw two bodies merged into one shadow. And there they were, kissing on the balcony. This was innocent enuff, and i went back to my idiot box.
Then when i wanted to go to bed, i noticed something about the couple. They were into PETTING and TOUCHING each other.... all in full view of the units facing the swimming pool!!! They had no shame at all..... and u can clearly see that their hands were all over..... errr.... doing..... errr.... u know what i mean....
I was really pissed, why cant they DO IT in their own room, but had to show all on the balcony. And obviously they were STUDENTS!!
All have been said, most of the students are ok and well behaved, but its these few bad ones that give u STUDENTS bad names, understand?? So instead of flaming the owners, be good tenants and remind all yr friends to be one too, and refrain from graffitti, or even open sexual displays on the balcony. And if u cant stand the accusations, LEAVE PRIMA SETAPAK!!
Finally, I really wish the two lovebirds, or friends of theirs, read this, and tell them to have shame on whatever they were doing that evening on the balcony.
