Security
I visited the guard who was injured while trying to nap one of the thieves at Block B. He was warded in the hospital for four days. He was discharged yesterday. It seemed that he had a fracture on his foot and had to be operated on in a few days time. He is now walking with crutches.
I do really symphatize with him. We would definitely pass a hat around to collect some fund as a gesture of our appreciation for his brave deed. We would do this on the day when we hold our A.G.M. I just hope that the members would contribute a token sum to the fund.
Good night and have a nice day!

Thanks for responding to our request to raise fund for the guard. The issue now is how to disseminate this to all residents as those who turn up for the AGM might be just a fraction and how to ensure the funds handed to him ?!Maybe put up some notices to attract more donors?!

Kudos to the guard for making such an effort to "nap" the thief. By the way, what the use of the Resident Card besides for the facilities usage?
Let me quote, " The resident card is for Identification and Security of the residents". Rule number one written behind the card. I think there is a lot to be done since the management is so strict on limiting the number of cards per unit. What's the point of the card when you don't want to make full use of it? At least we can know whether those buglary is an inside job or not when only people with the card can enter the area. We can even cut down on those salesperson coming in to harass us.
