Request for table tennis tables.
I didn't check on my blog for a quite a while. The number of comments remain the same. I paid a visit to Prima Plaza which is a new project undertaken by UOA. UOA must have a lot of clouts to get this project approved. Everyone can see that a condominium is not suitable to be built on such a small area. It will definitely lead to congestions and other social problems. Our area here is beginning to look like a little Hatyaai where everything is close together. Somebody must have done something to keep the DBKL's eyes blinded and their ears shut.
I met an acquaintance who is a property manager from UOA . She is actually in charge of the management of Prima. I asked her why the car park at Prima Plaza was smoothly paved. She told me that UOA is slowly making improvements to their project. I was thinking how something like the car park can enhance the value of the building. The only reason I can think of is that the developer is trying to cut cost and maximised their profit margin. I told her about the table tennis tables which we would like to request. She said no problem. Anyway, I drafted an official letter to make a request for table tennis tables and to replace the broken bikes in the gymn. In the letter , I also reiterated that the increase in the maintenance fes should be justified by improvements in the services rendered.
Hopefully, we would get our table tennis tables and some new bikes for the gymn. Good night. Have a nice day!

I cant imagine how congested this place is going to be when this condo is ready and stayed in. The current condition is already very bad and now with Plaza Prima and the low cost aprts coming up .... just cant imagine !!!!!
The road leading to prima is always congested and will be more congested once the low cost apart is ready.Maybe they can widen the road or built an alternative route. Then again, it's probably not our call.
thanks for the tennis table! yay
Pls study the main reason of the congestions, instead of pointing fingers at the buildings, owners, or developers.
The MAIN reason, is the indiscriminate and the "tidak apa" attitude of the drivers of the cars, thats chooses to park where they bloody hell want to!! If you study the area carefully, there are sufficient carparks for visitors to the area. However, indiscriminate parking, couple with "blocking" of carpark areas for "business" (most eateries in this area are guilty of it) reduces the parking area.
Like how the many cars choose to stop infront of the guardhouse, effectively blocking one lane leading the guradhouse. This is further compounded by another selfish driver that chooses to park on the side of the guardhouse, effectively blocking the whole road.
Even the road alongside the market, cars are double parked, and the poor souls that park beside the curb have blast the horn to get out. I am sure many of us have heard the blasting of the car horns many time a night.
With apologies to the "good" student tenants of Prima Setapak area, you will notice that MOSt of these drivers are..... yes, STUDENT!! So if you guys at such young age can be such bloody bastards and not care of the inconvienences caused by yourselves just because you choose to not walk another 10M to yr makan place, then dont blame the owners that actually stay in Prima (instead of renting the whole unit to students) for being harsh, or downright, pissed at you students.
So there is my 2 cents, we all must try and make the living area pleasent. If the business chooses to "block" up carpark spaces for business, we should not compound and add to the problem by parking anywhere we like, just to save walking a few steps more.
Sorry for my outburst.
Sorry, but since I have barked on this matter in the Prima forum, and I wish to bark on it here too.
I cant stand the continuous barking and pleading of the dog in Block B. It's bark can be heard strangely only at late night (or maybe coz I not at home during daytime), and usually only on weekends.
All I can assume is that the owner leaves the unit over the weekend, and locks up the dog at the balcony!!! How cruel can the owner get!!!???
So if anyone of you out there in Block B knows the unit/owner, pls tell them that this is bloody animal cruelty, and not to mention bothering the others when the dog barks sadly and loudly at late nights!!!
Also, isnt it a ruling that we cant keep pets, like dogs, in condo units?? To prevent the pets from disturbing others, like this stupid dog?? So pls wake up, you BLOODY STUPID DOG OWNER in Block B!!!
i think i know which unit owns the dog. but the owners looks like someone that you wouldn't wanna mess with.He kept the dog in a small cage out in balcony, poor thing.
