The JMC
It's April now. I had promised to post something every month and here I am. It's very quiet out here at Prima. Has anyone heard anything about the JMC? What have they been doing? I did not see anything on the notice board besides the name list which was put up by our management agent. As I had said earlier, the residents need to be informed on what is going on. The minutes of whatever meeting should be displayed on the notice board. This is what you call transparency and accountability. I am not trying to to find fault with them because this is what they promised the residents during the election. Their secretary need to work harder.
I met the chief of security on the way to the market. He still showed some respects for me. He told me that someone is sourcing quotations for the various contract services at Prima. I told him that I don't know anything and I also jokingly told him that I could not be seen talking to him for too long as this may be perceived as inteference.
The JMC should carry out an open tender for any contract services and anyone who has an interest in the companies should not tender for any jobs at Prima as this may give rise to conflict of interests. I mentioned the matter because the chairman and a few committee members are contractors by profession.
I don't know whether the JMB has officially taken over the management of Prima or not. I guess, they have not because Kumpulan Sejahtera is still collecting our payments. Hopefully, the handover is done smoothly and amicably. Anyone who knows anything about prima, can you please post something here. It's quite funny that I have to seek infos from the residents when at one time I was the one who had the first hand info. Life goes on and I am back to my normal self now. I have learned something that is do not get too obsessed with something. You can't even sleep in the night thinking about it. This is what happen to the retired old man who had succeded in taking me down. May god bless him. He is doing a lot of walking now because he has sold his car.

Juz to ask u, if we have complaint to the maintenance office, and no action taken after 1 month, what is the next course action? This HOKOWAI tean is juz next to hopeless? They are juz another money suckers appointed by KS. Who have to monitor whether Hokowai is performing or not? Do they have to pay any penalty if the delay in their day to day maintenance activity? I dont see any technician around, except for the guy with spec...gary i suppose.....i got pissed of last saturday when he mentioned that I didn't write the parking floor level on the complaint book...wut an excuse...if he really wants to know..on the complaint book, my unit number,phone number is written. I did write the parking lot area where it had lighting problem..dont they have the lay out of the parking lot...even it the shhet where when we pay the maintenance fee have the parking level and no...he is talking to some who he thinks dont know anything...i am thinking to write to DBKL or any relevant authority and seek advice...KS and HOKOWAI are actually assholes....

If you can gather enough signatures for the approval of installation of cctv n glass doors installation,meaning the. Most of the resident agreed with the project and most of all is that you actually hv enough support behind you.
For me andi believed a lot of others owner ,are really supporting you to be the president of resident assn coz you care n so commited during your tenure as president.Ppl see and was well infomed what you have done for Prima.
As for the new guy, I have yet to see or inform anything that he did for Prima so far,maybe he is too busy with his own business,maybe he is too" green" or maybe he does not like to annouce "works" that he had done for prima...maybe..maybe..maybe...
Mr see,what I am trying to say is that if you can get enough support earlier,I don't see why you can't do another round of gathering signature to overthrow this new guy.
I believed most of the residents of Prima juz can't wait for the next election to get a new President,coz a lot of damages might have been done by then.
Mr See,I might had sound naïve with my proposal..but maybe it will works...who knows ya...
If you make a complaint and the issue is not resolved, since the JMB has not officially taken over the management yet, the right procedure is to lodge a complaint with K.S. I guess, this may be fruitless so you need a little patient and wait for the JMB to be set up and lodge a complaint with the Chairman.
As with regards to the another comment frm the anonymous, I wish to thank his for his moral support. I don't think I can go through it again. This is a thankless job. After all the humiliation, allegations and outburst that I experianced, I think the best job for me is to be the watchdog for Prima. I said it again that my conscience is very clear, my sincere wish is to contribute. My only regrets is that a housewife could get into the committee and I could not. My only conclusion is that the residents voted based on what they heard and not what they saw.
