Our Prima Setapak Polling day
I was trying to post something but my internet speed was down to a snail's space. People asked me whether I was sad. Yes, I was. People asked me whether I was dissapointed. Yes, I was. People asked me whether I was angry. Yes, I was. I would be lying if I said no. I felt a sense of relief that it was over.The residents have spoken out. The have made made their choices. To those who have voted for and who have trusted me, I thank them. To those whom I had offended in the run up to the election, a thousand apologies to them.
The response to the meeting was very good. Usually for a condo, you would not see this type of turnout. I may have played a part by defending myself against the allegtions made against me in the run up to the election.But, that is over now. As I had expected , the retired old man stood up to oppose my nomination. It was followed by the sundry shop owner who does not own an inch of land at Prima. He made some groundless allegations against me. He deliberately trying to creat a negative perception of me. I don't understand why he was so angry with me. He thought that I was the cause of all his miseries or he was appointed to be the proxy to bring me down. With these oppositions, I knew that the battle was over for me. Negative impacts and doubts were already created in the minds of the residents there..
' They ' really have the liberty to choose whom they want in the committee. The rich old man has got 10 votes with him. The sundry shop owner who lives in the Genting Court low cost flat has got 6 votes with him. Together they made up 16 votes. They just have to wait for the instruction to vote. That is why a housewife who does not know what JMB is was elected into the committee. Another was a stranger who acted as a proxy for his brother.
Kelvyn Soh from UOA was invited to explain to the residents on the cost of the card access and the process on how the company was appointed. I had already left the scene. I did not wish to stay behind to explain anymore. I have nothing more to say. What the lawyer said was right , Kelvyn was not here to clean or clear my name. He was just here to brief and explain. It 's up to the residents whether to accept or not to accept.
As for me, as I have said in my previous blog if I lose I shall lead a more peaceful life. No more meetings and no more paper work to do and there is no more comeback for me. I would not want to be a controversial figure anymore. I shall be like the other owners minding my own business. I shall continue to write but I would not be able to provide my readers with the first hand info on Prima anymore. I wish the new team the best of luck. Hopefully, they will work hard to uphold their manifesto to bring Prima to greater heights.

CONSPIRACY
Mr. See,
I attended the Condo. Polling Day too.
Firstly, I hope you have fully recovered from all your frustration, anger & disappointment. I felt your pain too.
What I observed ever since the establishment of the Owners' Association four years ago, you with your committees have continously work for the betterment of the condo. residents. You always unselfishly sacrificed your energy & time to look after the welfare of the condo. Nobody, I stretched again Nobody in the committees have done more than you alone than the committees combined.
I stayed right to the end of the meeting & have the opportunity to hear Mr. Kelvin explained in greater details about the whole Security project. I pitied Mr. Kelvin as well. He was grilled over & over again by that unethical group of people that pretending to be goody goody. Luckily, the chairperson, Mr. James was there to control them or else he will be cooked.
I believed that group of people are easily influenced & instigated by only a handful of them. You should know better who are the few behind all this conspiracy act against you. These people really no shame, ganging up against a helpless & defenceless person like you. Moreover they act as if nothing have happen.
And that retired man you mentioned was a real sucker to so easily influenced to totally believed that you have done such act. He was a real "Soh Chai" to represent the group to stand out to speak thinking that he acted like a real hero infront of the other owners. I cant help silently laughing inside my heart. I cant laughed out mah or else he know who am I. (everytime I think of it, I laughed but at the same time I pitied him in that sense as he is being used fully for such an act). Pity or not, he volunteered mah.
Anyway, dont worry so much Mr. See.
As far as I observed, you have done no wrong. How can they accused you of on the take if they dont have evidence. It just theory only. The more they talk about it, the more they add the assumptions that in the end made a very nice storyboard. Bravo to them. Better than Ang Lee. They should deserve an Oscar award for that. Best Producer, Director, Picture & Scriptwriter. What else huh, oh, acting too, hahaha. Whatever is it, Innocent until Proven Guilty.

well, i juz don't know, whether the new JMB comittee know their task...when a stupid man like the chairman, who knows next to nothing...cant even speak proper english...will juz follow what the developer tell him to do....will make it very easy for the developer...they are the one whom will be laughing away....wutever it is...if i see something unsual....the right authority will be informed....
